Wayne Herndon, owner, has been in the construction business since 1995, after 17 years as a jet engine mechanic for the United States Government. Wayne holds the NC General Contracting license for Residential and light Commercial construction, and is fully insured for General Liability and Workers Compensation. Herndon Construction LLC will do all types of jobs ranging from window installation, building decks, remodeling kitchens and baths to building your dream home.
Herndon Construction LLC is a member of NC Home Builders Association, Chapel Hill/Carrboro Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Chatham County Chamber of Commerce, Chapel Hill LEADS group and the Greater Chapel Hill Board of Realtors.
Herndon Construction LLC has been the lead contractor for the Greater Chapel Hill Board of Realtors Fix-a-home for the past 3 years. This is a 2 day, volunteer, project to fix up a home for a deserving community member.
